There's no mistaking it's Krang.

I still wish they made a martial arts movie and not another large set piece explosive action movie. It's still Transformers with a TMNT skin.

That was one of my favorite arcade games growing up. Right up there with the Simpsons one. With that said I'm not a fan of those Neca turtles. I get what they were going for but that pixel deco looks terrible IMO.
