No no no it most certainly on Jay, we should not be the WORST DEFENSE IN THE HISTORY of the NBA, no way no how, If you as a coach can get defensive effort fromyour players you have to go and now players are calling you for not getting them prepared.

Jay is about to be in a gotsta go situation if things don't improve.

All these headlines suggest that the team played poorly and their problems could easily be fixed just by playing "harder", with more "focus" and "energy". The media points to guys like Pops and Reggie Evans as possible sparks to improving this team's play.

This kind of irresponsible journalism diverts the public's attention away from this team's flawed foundation. BC has been in charge of this team for 3+ years now and I've yet to hear or read any criticism of him. No one is pointing fingers at Bosh, Bargnani or Calderon (the 3 constants on this team over the past few years). No one has questionned the Hedo signing. Instead, it's "Give Hedo some time to adjust to a new system". No one is questionning Canadian golden boy coach Jay Triano who had a terrible record last season and is doing just as bad this year with a seemingly more talented squad.

I guess it has to do with these media folks who do not want to lose their "insider" access to the Raptors. The Toronto sports media is a pretty small group...3-4 local newspapers as well as 3-4 local sports channels. No one would dare say anything bad about this team for fear of harming their relationship with the team.

Same crap has been ongoing with the Leafs. You never hear anyone mentioning how talentless the Leafs are...rather, losses are blamed on "Leafs take too many penalties", "Leafs unable to solve Ryan Miller", "Leafs unable to break shoot-out jinx" etc. etc.

Co-sign.

It's disgustingly obvious at times.

I knew as soon as Gilbert was trail in OT with 30 seconds left, it was going to be tied...

A win is a win, and I really hope we can build off of it. But, Im sure I have the same opinion as many raptor fans, saying that im not convinced just yet.

I'm giving the Bulls the 5th spot because the first 4 are set already (Boston,Orlando,Cleveland,Hawks...if I'm missing any team go ahead and e-smackme) and the 5th-8th spot is pretty much a TOSS up between the other teams in the East except the Knicks and the Nets.

huskies jerseys are kinda dope.

lookin' like some classic UConn joints.

but they have NOTHING to do with the history of the raptors franchise. this whole pay homage to an old team thing makes no sense. thing is no other teams woulddo this. no other team would wear jerseys of a team they have no affiliation to whatsoever. the raptors as a franchise are just punkasses.

bring back the pinstripes instead.

haha, ease up there. It may not be the same franchise but it still was a Toronto team and that's what they're paying homage to.

As for tonight win, I wasn't impressed. We were sloppy specially with shot selection. While it's cool to have that 3-point active streak alive, a bunchof our players were jacking up 3s they shouldn't have been taking. A win's a win though but these guys have to play better than this to get to .500mark at least.
