We were terrible all around. Brazil played well. Willian and Douglas Costa destroyed us. Our outside defenders were getting washed all game our center/defensive mids were getting run through all game.

Yedlin gave the ball away too much. I know he has the speed but he doesnt' have the foot skills yet to play mid. To me he is still better suited to be an outside back. The only bright spot we have is Zardes. Dude is the goods. I hope he goes to Europe some where to get better.

Brazil were so much fun to watch though. Rafinha's goal Neymars goal just incredible foot work. We probably should have lost 7 or 8.

Goalkeepers: Brad Guzan (Aston Villa), Tim Howard (Everton), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)

Defenders: Ventura Alvarado (Club America), DaMarcus Beasley (Houston Dynamo), Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City), Brad Evans (Seattle Sounders FC), Fabian Johnson (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Michael Orozco (Club Tijuana), Tim Ream (Fulham), Jonathan Spector (Birmingham City)

Midfielders: Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Alejandro Bedoya (Nantes), Michael Bradley (Toronto FC), Jermaine Jones (New England Revolution), Danny Williams (Reading), DeAndre Yedlin (Sunderland), Graham Zusi (Sporting KC)

Forwards: Jozy Altidore (Toronto FC), Clint Dempsey (Seattle Sounders FC), Chris Wondolowski (San Jose Earthquakes), Gyasi Zardes (LA Galaxy)

No Omar... bold move.

If we start Alvarado, I am making my way to the bench and slapping the **** out of Jurgen tbh

No midfield creativity... smh.

Leaves off Nguyen and again snubs Benny.

I'm hoping for the best but expecting to get throttled.
Landon Donovan: Jurgen Klinsmann should go if U.S. loses to Mexico
"Around the world, if a player plays poorly and a player has a bad string of results, they get dropped from the team," he told ESPN FC. "Jurgen said many times he wants our players to feel pressure -- so if they lose a game they can't go to the grocery store the next day. If they lose a game, they are getting hammered in the press.

"Well, the same holds true for the coach, and so we had a very poor summer with bad results in the Gold Cup. The last game against Brazil was probably the worst game I've seen them play under Jurgen.

"The reality is that now, anywhere else in the world, if this coach had those results, and they lose this game against Mexico, they'd be fired.

"I think if Jurgen wants to hold all the players to that standard, then he has to be held to that standard too."
