Elijah Dukes will be reinstated from the disabled list tomorrow as well. Dukes hit .238 (5 for 21) at Columbus while rehabbing his strained right hamstring suffered opening night.

Nick Johnson is a really good batter though...I never really watched Nats before this year cuz I'm from Minnesota, and I didn't have mlb.tv. But hehas such a good eye at the plate...waits for somethin he can work with.

now we head home to gain some ground on the division leading marlins! i respect what the marlins are doing but we're gonna expose them as the first placefraud that they are.

at least dukes made an appearance!!! that made it worthwhile even though he struck out twice. he didn't look very confident/comfortable at the plate. heneeds to start some games and get into a groove. hopefully he gets some starts soon, tears it up, and stays the starter for the rest of the season. that wouldbe ideal. f wily mo. starting the uncoordinated goon known as wily mo over the athletic freak of nature known as elijah dukes is an OUTRAGE.

i hated the day we signed him. we called up our catcher of thefuture, flores, who should've been our starter to begin with. he's our own version of brian mccann.
