as far as i know, stores are only doing online orders for in-store pick up or curbside

I wouldn't even waste my time trying. As stated, best to try stores for in store pickup or curbside. That's all that will be available for a while.

I got a question that's been bugging me. M$ website says "Release date November 10, 2020, 2:00 AM" for the controller. I'm assuming systems will be released then too. Is this 2AM PST or my time is the burning question.

I didn't even buy an extra controller, just using my XB1s for the extras since they didn't change much. Usually MS uses PST

It only flipped like that because it was so early... if dude was a streamer I'm sure he's already made that back by now. Or he's just a baller and doesn't care.
But you damn right if they actually were going anywhere close to that I'd probably unload all of em immediately including the personal I was gonna open asap. Ultimately it's not offering anything new for me games wise unfortunately and I definitely would use that money towards a new gaming PC but he kinda did that so... yeah, good job fr

In store no, but you will have a chance on walmart.com on release day. Series X at 12PM ET on the website for same day pickup.
Keep an eye out if Target and Bestbuy do the same.
