I was listening to the Sacred Symbols and they mentioned how Sony may not have the money to outright buy a publisher like Acti but could very well merge with one or get loans to get a deal done. I don’t think there’s any shame in that cause really ain’t nobody messing with that MS bag

I personally hopes Sony stands down and just continues to work with developers and purchase them later if it fits their agenda. No need to let your ego get in the way and start spending just to compete with MS. It’s a lose lose situation, imo.

They made Bungie withhold content from D1 the Taken King until D2 was released.

When Sony does it it's seen as business and a power move, but MS pulls these latest acquisitions then it's not fair and bad for gaming.

MS didn't buy $80 billion of the game industry (so far) to combat exclusive Destiny content and a few console exclusives here or there. This was going to be done regardless.

But if you think those 2 approaches are on the same level, whatever, I'm not going to convince you otherwise.

Not to mention people definitely complained about Sony making those deals, calling them anti-consumer and all that. #boycottavengers was a thing for a minute after Spiderman was announced (lol).

But those kind of practices predate the PS4 era. Xbox paid $50 mil for 12 month exclusivity of the GTA IV dlc's. And yeah, they suck, but again, these MS acquisitions are on a way larger scale than those type of deals.

but multiplayer games should be for both systems. except PC. cause **** cross playing with them.

I mean from the little that I've played I've enjoyed it, spent all of it in Portal.

But it's on me really, haven't been gaming much in recent weeks. Won't get my money's worth for sure.

BF been ok so far. I haven’t played much.

It does seem pretty laggy/buggy.

And outside of the game itself - I feel like I just don’t have the patience for BF anymore. Especially after playing Halo & OW, I prefer there not be too much to shooters. These new games have a lot of ‘noise’ in them to me.

Mine is Street Fighter 5 and For Honor

As crazy as it might be, I'm still stuck on GTA Online. I still find myself doing the same ol nightclub, biker & secroserve free roam missions while also spending time playing Barbie dress up inside the casino after a few hands of black jack.

Funny thing about that... I just randomly came across this "save Red Dead Redemption Online" campaign. Seems as if fans of Red Dead Online aren't getting the same amount of content/treatment as the GTA O fanbase.

I thought people just went where their friends went. My boys all played on PS3 so that’s where I got in at. I used to prefer the 360 controller because of the triggers and tell my friends how weird it was to shoot with R1. It was even more odd to me when they changed that to R2 on PS4 and my boys would change it back to R1

To heck with friends. I go with the company thats not going to make me destroy my bank account. I was team Playsation during the PS3 era because online was free (and I enjoyed running around on PlayStation Home. ... who remembers that?) After the PS2, I switched over the team Xbox.

Hey guise , it seems like I have an issue ,and might need some help, so when I play ForzaH5 I have no online connection, can't see the leaderboard etc. Also cannot complete / enter the speed trap, Trails , danger sign challenges , not even my link seems to work as it's not highlighted under the map how it used to be when I first started the game. It's a gamepass download . I love the game so please Halp Guise!!!!

The dude went from running a two-team studio to...

-Let EA exempt Respawn from the Frostbite mandate.
-Put in charge of DICE LA
-Gave Respawn a whole support studio for Apex in Vancouver
-Put in charge of the entire Battlefield franchise (which includes three non-Respawn studios working on it)
-Got a single-player shooter greenlit
-Got two more Star Wars Games greenlit at Respawn. One they are gonna produce with an outside team

You might need to close out and restart your game? Or exit to the main menu and go back in.

I thought Zampella said outright there isn't one

From my count Respawn is working on:

-Apex Legends (with a support team in Vancouver)
-Fallen Order 2
-New IP single-payer shooter
-Star Wars FPS
-Start Wars Turn-Based Strategy game (with an outside studio)

I doubt it’s happening but I think it would be dope if they just developed and incorporated TF3 into Apex. They already do these lore heavy trailers and comic style stories in Apex.
