We used to have so much fun as a team. These guys had such great chemistry.

We didn't see ANY of this last season

Camaraderie is very underrated and undervalued in many peoples eyes...

You gotta wanna play together. You gotta enjoy playing with each other. Thats why Dwight leaving doesnt upset me. He does more harm than he does good.

Players NEED to actually enjoy playing with Kobe, which is very hard. But during those championship years, Kobe had these young dudes who enjoyed the ride and enjoyed winning with Kobe.

That matters more than having Dwight Howards talents.

We need to get back to finding players who can have fun playing with Kobe and the Lakers instead of stressing about it.

I mean, i know that highlight video is from the D-League...but the kid seems to have a lot of fundamental skill and athleticism.

Top of the page: exactly why it hurts way more that Ron is leaving than Dwight.

You have Ice Cube, Kareem and others bashing on him, but that's more of a pride thing.

No one really seems to care he left, on a personal level at least.
