SuperCoolBeas in purple and gold.

I can dig that.

SuperCoolBeas and L.O......whoa

Can we get back Metta if that's the case?
That'll be a smokey locker room for sure.

if we sign beas we might as well go full tank mode... by signing LO and tyrone biggums as well

I'm sorry, that was rude.

I find your thought process to be incorrect. Take some time to search your feelings and be sure Beasley is someone that you would want on this team. If after that time you still feel the same, then at that point I still believe your thought process to be incorrect. But I thank you for taking said time to think it over. Please, have a nice day.

I don't know, man... I just imagined like, a bunch of dudes sitting around talking sports, and one of them says "You're delusional then," and another one is like "Man, really? Delusional? He just disagrees w/ you," so the next time there's a disagreement, the dude who said delusional says "Take some time to search your feelings on that one."

Straight up, I'd die laughing.

I take pride in my posts, what can I say. :lol

I wanted to be sure I posted to the highest of standards here in LakerLand.

Havent posted in here in awhile ...a lil vaca but I still cant wait for this season to start

So with the news about Beasley obviously there is a few questions that need to be asked:

For those of you that dont want him on the team. Why? In the grand scheme of things we are trying to does it really matter this season if we can get him decent?
(non guaranteed)

I believe he could only add and not subtract from this year. Its not like we are headed in any particular direction anyway. But with Mikey D as our coach and in the city
of LA, that could be the nail in the coffin for that boy lol

He is a terrible basketball player. He has a terrible attitude. Never works on his game. And would basically take every single minute from Jordan Hill.

2011-12 Lakers were a different story.. There was not one deserving person on that bench at trade deadline. Now, I'd rather play heavy with Pau, Kaman, Hill and spare minutes to Harris & Kelly

The Lakers drafted Ryan Kelly in the second round primarily for his ability to stretch the floor with his long-range accuracy, but the team has been discouraged by the rookie's progress during the summer, according to multiple league sources. The Lakers doubt that Kelly, who missed summer league while recovering from multiple foot procedures, will be ready for the start of training camp.

http://espn.go.com/blog/los-angeles...-lakers-be-in-the-michael-beasley-sweepstakes

Again, why were people expecting something from Kelly?

Lamar makes Beaz look like Grant Hill. Sign him up and throw in one of those medical cards you guys in Cali use so much.

Strictly camp invites..s.williams did shoot 40 percent triples under pringles in 10-11! So one more "invite" like m.landry and settle from there.

Beasley is a pass....not the rt fit. Hate to say it, but a tm like sa or mia would seem like the only places where hed "fit" and even then hed have to accept a minimal role. So, pass.

Again

Would I play Beasley over Nick Young? No.
Would I play him over Wes Johnson? No
Would I play him over Jordan Hill? ABSOLUTELY NOT

So if there are no minutes at the 3 (considering Kobe will probably get 10 minutes a game there). Jordan Hill DESERVES/EARNED 25 minutes at the 4. Pau will play at least 10 minutes at the 4.

Why would I take Michael Beasley.. A guy who has been dumped off the Heat, Wolves, and the Suns (who have an TERRIBLE team)... Why would I want Michael Beasley?

I'll take guys who are willing to play with something to lose. Than someone who doesn't care whether he loses his career. The Suns PAID him to get off the team, a year after signing him. At least Delonte West with all his dramas and issues was pleading with teams to come back. Said he'd play for minimum at any role, and earn his spot.

Define good.

And they're only three years apart in age.

I'll put it like this BOTH are known headcases... Neither are anything defensively, so that leads me to only offense in terms of that Beasley>>>>> Williams. Beasley has been able to consistently put up 14-17 ppg through his career (outside of last year, in which his minutes were destroyed) and he does it at a pretty decent percentage (around 46).

On a team that has nothing to lose this year.... ya'll would rather take nick young, wes johnson, & shawne williams over Beas?... If the man is a distraction you cut him that simple.

but on second thought.... honestly for his career sake he needs to go to another team because i could really see him putting hands on pringles because even the most sane players have got to look at that smirk of his and wanna piledrive em :lol

He's an inefficient chucker, who's gotten worse with every passing season.

The Lakers can lose games without him.
