Nice.. I've been watching Generation Kill again (second time). It's a lot better this time around after watching it once and reading the book.Veep and Silicon Valley have been renewed for another season
As a dedicated cinema fan, I was obsessed with HEAVEN'S GATE from the moment it was announced in early 1979, and unfortunately history has show that on occasion a fan can become so obsessed they turn violent toward the object of their obsession, which is what happened to me during the holiday break of 2006. This is the result.
I can see both as Jobs but given the look I can see bale losing the weight, slicking back his hair or going bald to really match it. He also has the nose for it unlike Leo.Bale as Jobs would be
Leo as Jobs
Oh snap.
Bruhl's also in a movie coming out soon with Robin Wright evil), Seymour-Hoffman (rip...looks like the last starring role he filmed ), William Dafoe, and Rachel McAdams evil)
"The Most Wanted Man."
A Chechen Muslim illegally immigrates to Hamburg, where he gets caught in the international war on terror.
Coming in September.
What an intriguing cast and plot.
Take my money now.
Some are better than others, depending on what your interests are. They usually discuss innovative topics in a way that 'normal' people can understand. Some are better than others, but they are definitely worth checking out.I been meaning to ask after I listened to some podcast. Not even sure it fits in this thread since I've never watched any but whats the big deal about TED talks?
I never watched one. Didn't get the concept initially but I knew ppl kept raving about it and if you were doing one it was sort of a big deal. I just kept asking myself Ted who? Who the **** is Ted?I been meaning to ask after I listened to some podcast. Not even sure it fits in this thread since I've never watched any but whats the big deal about TED talks?

So hold up Soderbergh edited his own version of the movie or is he just reposting the recent edited version from '81? or 2012?So Steven Soderbergh did something again.
Heaven's Gate has been on my 'one day' list since I first heard of it...but 3 hours for something people didn't love...
But uh...Soderbergh re-edited the whole movie into his own 2-hour "Butcher's Cut."

I'm on my phone but this one

It's Kathryn Schultz, she wrote an interesting book called Being Wrong. That book seriously changed my life.
A lot of Tedtalks are cool, especially the tech, we've been living in the future for a while, and a what's out there is scary. I don't buy into 'hype' but I generally watch whatever Tedtalk people suggest to me, some are interesting and some are not, but I watch as many as I can.
I already seen a jobs movie, with Ashton Kutcher.
Good enough.
Nothing with Ashton Kutcher is good enough man.
