I can't say that I am. I did just read that he was Danny Boyle's first choice for 127 Hours, though.

Is this it?

I watched a movie called Get Low last night. Robert Duvall plays anornery hermit who wants to throw a "funeral party" for himself, andattend it. Bill Murray and Sissy Spacek also star. I know it sounds like a comedy, but it isn't. Real good.

If you are a Hitchcock fan and you haven't read Truffaut's Hitchcock then you haven't really lived.

That's it.  Yup.  14 movies, 15 disks, Rope was the main one I remember.  Maroon color, yup.

I remember hearing about Get Low when At The Movies was still on Fox. Forgot all about it.

Make sure you check out Vertigo and Rebecca as well, CP.

I don't really have a go to for watching, but these are some great flicks I love recommending:
The Maltese Falcon
High Sierra
Double Indemnity (original)
The Pope of Greenwich Village
The Fall
The Visitor
Once
Taxi Driver
Mean Streets
Fargo
Miller's Crossing

And if you need something to watch with the wife, Breakfast at Tiffany's is it.

I'm not a very masculine movie watcher, admittedly.

Like I said before, superhero movies just don't appeal to me. Action movies, in general, really. Action scenes in the midst of a drama or thriller are different, but strictly action movies that tend to star actors such as The Rock, Steven Seagal, Jason Statham, etc... not for me.
which is which again?

one is zombies and one is sandra b, right?

I was really confused, but I see she did a movie called 28 Days.

28 Days/Weeks Later are both "zombie" movies.

Nah they're both zombie movies. Days is the first, Weeks takes place when London's opened back up. Great sequel imo

And Sunshine is dope. Damn near all of Danny Boyle's work is dope.

My go-to's:
28 Days/Weeks Later
Die Hard
Goodfellas
Pulp Fiction
Dark Knight
Enter the Dragon
Matrix
Anchorman
Zoolander
Saving Private Ryan
Gone Baby Gone
Predator
City of God

Some more that I cant think of.

When people ask you, "favorite Christmas movie" I ALWAYS say Die Hard.

Add Die Hard, and any of the 4 Lethal Weapons to my anytime/anywhere list.  Me seeing all that crap 50 times probably the reason I haven't seen more then 10 classics.

You guys have any sort of "musts" when watchin stuff?  Gotta be Blu Ray, or have to have the lights off, or on or something.  Or can't have people in the room talkin, what not.....
One of the reasons I didn't list Dark Knight as a watch anytime type movie is I HAVE to start that from beginning to end.  I just can't pick it up in the middle of the movie and finish it.  Peev or quirk or something of mine.
The others I name, I can see it 45 minutes in, and just finish it, no problem at all.
I try to watch all my stuff downstairs, with nobody yappin, I like it loud, surround sound and all that, and usually have the room dark if I can.  Any of you guys the same?
