In an alternate ending included on the Special Edition DVD, Simon's able to get away with the gold, but McClane tracks him down to Hungary. He confronts him in a bar and reveals Simon betrayed his own colleagues and took all the gold for himself, melting them down in Statues of Liberty to move across the globe. Simon's shocked as McClane makes it clear he's here for revenge. He's already killed Simon's protectors and wants to finish the job he started back in America.

He puts down a Chinese rocket launcher and starts playing "McClane Says," dropping riddle after riddle like what Simon did him and Samuel L. Jackson's Zeus. It's the first time Simon is this nervous as he answers the questions and keeps spinning the launcher à la Russian roulette. He's held at gunpoint, not knowing which end the rocket will deploy from. It culminates with McClane forcing him to push the trigger, with the rocket blasting through Simon's torso. McClane leaves, basking in his victory and coming off like a vindictive mastermind.

24K Statue of Liberties

Looks like mini Empire State Buildings in the video though.

I’ve gone back and forth on this for years, but I’m going to commit to a position today. Nancy from the Nightmare on Elm Street movies (aka Heather Langenkamp) was kind of hot back in the day.

on a date eh? Probably this movie.

nothing worse than this feeling. Movie is just DRAGGING along and all you wanna do is go smash. Nothing makes time move slower than watching a crappy movie and you’re trying to smash afterwards.

runners up:
Jack the giant slayer
The hobbit desolation of Smaug
Oz the great and powerful
The visit
Freddy vs jason

Holy ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best SINGLE year of movies for an actor? I’m not sure anybody could top Jim Carrey’s 1994 run of Ace Ventura, The Mask, Dumb & Dumber.

who else comes close?

Ben Stiller (2004): Dodgeball, Starsky & Hutch, Along Came Polly, Meet the Fockers, Envy, and a cameo in Anchorman.

Amy adams (2016): Bat vs Supes, Arrival, Nocturnal Animals.

Tom Hardy(2015): mad max, legend, revenant.

That’s all I got really. Tons of great actors had 2 blockbusters in the same year, but it’s rare for an A-lister to have 3 major films the same year.

You reminded me of the year '94.

And the movies that dropped that year 😯.

Also brought back memories.

My older cousin used to work at a video store and used to get promotional tapes of movies.... yes tapes.

I think there still might be boxes full of these at my late grandmas house lol.

I'll check later on this week.

Part of the my youth watching basically every movie that came out that year.

Watching Ghost in the Shell in 4k with vaporwave in the background smacked on shrooms

This is good
