What happened to Mahersala Ali?

He had a run and I feel like I haven’t seen him in a minute.

Hollywood had to make room for Majors?

“Hollywood had to make room for Majors?” Not laughing at you, just a funny thought because you may be right.

Can’t believe Mahersala hasn’t been in anything since 2021 :wow: Looks like he’s going to be Blade in the 2024 reboot doe and has a couple other things in the works so we’ll see him again starting this year in this film “Leave The World Behind” which sounds like it has a good plot.

Creed III

It was decent. I mean everything was predictable and the fight scenes looked like a video game but that's what comes with Rocky movies. I personally think the reviews are a bit overrated. The 2 kids that played young Creed & Dame did a good job tho. And Majors killed the role.

Apparently France appreciated the movie so much that one theatre reenacted the fight as the credits rolled😂

Everything points to something personal so I wont speculate.

Last thing I know he was in was a movie for Apple TV.

The Blade stuff was always in a bit of limbo given it did not originally have a set date or a set place in the MCU as they aren't dealing with any sort of supernatural threats like vampires.

After the big win he may simply have taken a break.

If you swapped Danny Devito and Joe Pesci in every acting role (take the one who actually did it out, and insert the other) what would be the effect?

My Cousin Vinny would be much worse but I’d like to see both versions of that movie for whatever the reason. Home Alone would be weird.

Pesci as Matilda’s dad, or Pesci in Always Sunny would be a trip.

Joe Pesci in Twins would be🔥😂

Joe Pesci as The Penguin would be so weird. Not that Danny as him wasnt.
For "Road House" remake

Man I must've totally forgot what Roadhouse was about cuz I am lost :lol

Also I feel like Jake got way more jacked for a different role.

Didn't even think of that one, but Pesci can be cantankerous as any  so his version of the Penguin might've been as immersed as Devito's/Burton's but with an element of the Farrell mobster.

I watched Maverick in the theater room tonight with the full surround sounds and that **** was ******* insane. Visually it looks better on the 4K player on the LCD but the sound was just unbelievable plus the size of the screen. I still think fallout is the best action movie of the last 10 years or so, but Maverick is really high up there

I respect Fury Road and I did rewatch a recently and it is incredible but fallout speaks to me just a little bit more. But I won't argue Fury Road for being the best action movie of the last decade

William Atherton - great 80s movies run as tight-***, imperious douche:

Walter Peck - Ghostbusters
Jerry Hathaway - Real Genius
Thornberg - Die Hard
