same here. but I guess that movie is about that life which I do not dig at all. not sure how most of the film revolves around that considering the such movies with that specific theme does mainly contain 80% of the film. but who knows since it's A24.

Overall, thought it was pretty good. Movement on land did look a little robot like for some scenes.
what was that in her neck at the end? Piece of Godzilla shell or something?

The robotic moving was so funny to me, also when he would just be standing in the water when the plane circled him. I don’t know if he was treading water he looked so stationary

, had to have been treading based on the plan.You know what, I just remember the bandage I can’t remember seeing any metal shard or anything. There’s no way she would’ve survived by the way, thought it was cheap but can tolerate the girl keeping her mother. Think it would’ve made more sense if just the dad survives at the end but it’s a happier ending, even if unrealistic.

saw some theories that Godzilla shard got stuck in her during that blast and that's how she lived because she was able to regenerate health
