Not every movie needs Tom Holland and Zendaya. I choose a poor time to make that point since it’s Nolan

Saw Heretic last night and Hugh Grant plays a villain so well. He does a great job being charming and making the two girls feel safe while slowly convincing them to make questionable decisions. The 3rd act did leave a bit to be desired though. This movie also delves a great deal into religion and making you question your faith. Overall I'd give it a 5.5/8.

calibeebee calibeebee By any chance have you seen this? Good story, interesting characters, and overall a very fun, and solid flick.

I would suggest not getting misled by the poster, as you might believe it’s one of those cheap, low-quality films that aren’t worthy of your time. But I can tell you this film is A LOT better than it’s appears to be at first glance.

I feel very confident you’ll like it due to several reasons, and the odds are in your favor that if you do decide to give it a watch: you’ll grant it a positive review.

Without giving too much away, David Bowie is mentioned a couple of times during the film. And I know you mentioned that you like his work 🔥

Holland?

Think you meaning chalamet
I meant Holland but he’s not even close to as many as Chalamet, Holland just because like you I’m not that impressed by him.

Can admit I've never heard of Bandslam until now. From the plot kinda sounds like an older School of Rock, High School Musical type film. It does sound like an interesting watch though.

jayt1202 jayt1202 From what I’ve read I think the movie wasn’t marketed properly, therefore it didn’t do the numbers it was supposed to at the box office despite being a good quality film.

Therefore, the it kind of ended up being a good movie that “flew under the radar” so to speak.

If you do decide to check it out, would love to hear your thoughts

82% on Rotten Tomatoes is not too shabby I think

I feel like it’s real easy to skip holland’s non-spidey stuff.. even though I think he’s the best live action spidey to date

But if I had to pick a make zendaya, it’d be chalamet

Never heard of it but I’ll be checking it out now based off your suggestion! Definitely a huge Bowie fan :pimp:

Unpopular movie opinion: Tom Holland isn't great.
He's the best Spidey, but outside of that?
Meh.
I’m still team Tobey (as far as Spider-Mans go), but I put Holland over Andrew Garfield.

That said, as to your main point about Holland, I agree.
