Almost guarantee the little neglected kid turned into an arsonist or a leader of one of those brainwashing cults or something.  Dressing him up like strawberry shortcake then leavin him alone, smh.

I did the same. Africans in the 70's were not on that mad bright color stuff. It was something serious on that swag. My pops was rocking some cool pants and sweaters and kicks in the late 70's.
 
I need those first pair of pants.

People used to put a lot of effort in getting dressed up and looking snazzy.

70's, ridiculous. 80's, ridiculous. 90's were actually solid. 2000, terrible.
