Paris 2024 Summer Olympics: Thank you, France!🥇🥈🥉

how do people in here feel about Americans competing for other countries?

if you're a legit competitor like D1 level but say you're a swimmer many levels below Ledecky or Murphy, not mad at it. Half the Philippine team were Americans and one Canadian lol, swimmers and the women's gymnastics team. IIRC they're all on Power 5 school teams but didn't sniff any kind of medal at these games. We got Caloy and the boxers though :pimp:, and the WAG team can say they were Olympians.

Now Mondo on the other hand is a world record holder so he would've been a star here. But outside of the Olympics that doesn't mean much sadly, and apparently Sweden backed up the Brinks truck with perks for him and his family so can't be mad at that.

Embiid just a carpetbagger, should've stayed with France and been Twin Towers with Wemby instead of racking up DNPs with Team USA.

Will be tuned in to the skateboarding park for the next few hours.

Sky Brown still only 16 and competing with a freshly dislocated shoulder.

There's people waving N Korea flags in the crowd at the diving, i presume their officials from the country.

When does the breakdancing start? Heard it is only this year they are having it in the Olympics, so definitely don't want to miss that.

Also, no Olympic weightlifting this year? I always happen to randomly come across it and get locked in. Haven't seen it so far this year, unless it was early on and missed it.

Man, France's defense is pretty good.
Pretty, pretty good. 👀

Surfing in Tahiti looks nice. Wonder if the places they stayed has air conditioning.

Not enough shots gone up for RJ while Dillon, Jamal and Lu tricking possessions away :smh:

Fournier hits the wick can’t stop it sometimes
