No cuz you can’t say you didn’t authorize a payment and also that you didn’t receive the item, that makes no sense even to PayPal

Yeah, I emailed him Thursday night, and he has yet to get back to me. I was polite, but firm in my message.
I also emailed PayPal with screenshots of my conversation with the scammer before and after I sent the shoes out. I completely forgot about those until I tried to message him on eBay before sending the email, and eBay said I couldn’t because it had been 90 days since the transaction was completed.
