I have 2 PCs. An Alienware laptop from 05 and a customized desktop from 02. Desktop is used for music storage. The alienware for gaming and as my main, but nowit's more for my mom. I myself now use my new macbook pro which I got last week. Been using PC since 95, and I really enjoyed XP and 98 overall. But afterplaying around with vista numerous times on my friends' desktops and laptops I wanted to give a Mac a try. And I have to admit that it's a very solidlaptop. Not to mention the OS never crashes and seems more optimized than Vista or XP ever has. I'm not a homer and your typical Mac user. But I give propswhere props is due. OS X is more optimized than any OS has been on PC since I dare say Windows 3.1.

a pc user will never need a mac, a mac user will always need a pc... proven by all the mac users who dual boot xp on their macbooks.

Definitely a PC. I'm usually on XP, although I do dual-boot Kubuntu on my laptop. Kubuntu > XP > Mac.
