It won't be PPV. Canelo fought top opposition back to back to back. He deserves an easier fight. Plus, who else is readily available?
It's funny how we as Boxing fans have learned to accept some/most/all fighters "deserving easier fights" instead of fighting the best out there.
Not saying there has ever been a time in Boxing where fighters always fought the best but, I've personally finally excepted that top fighters are going to have some cake in between fights. It's Rubbish though.
Side note: And I'm hearing that 2 year contract Ariza signed was a non-disclosure contract stating Ariza couldn't share info he found or saw in Mayweathers training camps, and it wasn't an official contract bringing Ariza in to train Mayweather. It's said what Boxingnews24.com initially reported was misinformation.
Even Ariza is now back pedaling on his inital comments stating that he officially signed a two year deal to train May.
Now he's saying all contracts have a nondisclosure or noncompete clause and his contract he signed wasn't only that but included that but, none of it means anything until fight time. (Arizas words now) "it basically means I can't talk about what I see in his camp and Floyd has first dibs if he wants to use me for his fights"
