Any place to get the red arena's still? I found someone selling them for $600 on instagram but I don't know if I can trust a random person selling them like that.

I hate to be that guy, but are the violet pleated still available anywhere? Really any color pleated tbh. This is really my first foray into high end shoes and the Balenciaga High tops have really captured my attention.

The violet pleated, or any color pleated, aren't available anywhere right now. They should be re-releasing this fall/winter. Your best bet is to contact a SA at a Balenciaga boutique ASAP and ask them to provide you with a charge authorization form that you can fill out and send back to them. That way, when the shoes are in stock, they can charge your card and ship them to you before they are put on the floor at the physical store location. I say to do this ASAP because there are wait lists for some Balenciaga sneakers (especially the popular colors of the pleateds) and the stores don't receive very many pairs. It is possible (depending on a number of factors such as the model, color, and size) that you will not be able to get the pair you're looking for when the store receives them because of existing wait lists and demand. Last time I spoke to my SA he said they have already started an additional list for a possible 2014 re-release of the pleateds because there was so much demand for the re-release coming this fall/winter. Nice, but the red pants cause to much saturation to combined with the red cotes.

I don't see as many people with the lows. It wouldn't hurt to switch it up, but that gray stingray is dope.

Does anyone have experience with clear-soled Balenciagas? I'm really liking this pair below but if the soles are going to turn yellow after a month then forget it.
Mine have yellowed a tad bit, but I've had them for a year now.
