\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

Did some shopping here's what offers I got, prices include dealer fees, but are before tax, tag, and title. (All cars are brand new)

2016 Honda Accord Sport Sedan
$22,871

2017 Subaru STI
$35.694

2016 Ford Mustang GT
$37,062

2016 Audi S3
$46,000 (This is actually OTD, tag, tax, and title included)

Haven't done any test driving, but I already have financing in place. Still undecided.

You should test drive them all and see if you really want to spend the money but for me

GT
S3
STI
Accord

Depends.

Do you want performance and something that is fun to drive and you will take on spirited drives?  STI or Mustang GT.

Or do you want a good reliable every day car and you care not about performance and don't want to lose a lot of money on depreciation when you sell it? Accord.

Or do you want a moderately fun car with sub par reliability and large depreciation? Audi

If I were going the Audi route then I'd have to lease and I'm not a fan of that. As nelson999 nelson999 pointed out reliability is probably going to be an issue down the road and it's not depreciation that bothers me as it's a car and that's what they all do. I would love to test drive a GT or the STi, but man I don't want to sit through negotiations.

Leasing a car is just like renting an apartment unless you buy it at the end of the lease.

I'm not a fan of leasing, but in the S3's case I'd consider it. Leaning towards the STi, I know if I drive one it's coming home with me. My girl is already not agreeing with me getting rid of the CR-Z haha. :{

for my audi people in here... i have a JL audio w3 and i believe an infinity amp. ive had it in the car almost 3 years after getting it used. im using my stock head unit but the 04 TL comes with a woofer so i have some control over it. quesion: do i need a new amp or so ive been told by the homie a compacitor? it basically takes a while for the woofer to put out bass like it has to heat up or build up energy.

Accord if you don't wanna mod and want a reliable daily. V6 will have okay power but nothing to brag about

Mustang for the raw power and if you wanna mod or leave stock. Coupe life kinda sucks if you need room though

Sti for the modding potential and if you need 4 doors. Handling is great I've heard

Like Nelson said don't lease the Audi

I would get the Accord out of your list now. Maybe in my 20s I would have said Mustang.

I wouldn't pay 43k for an S3. Would rather have a bigger vehicle that would either have to be slower or less luxury, like an Acura TLX or Infiniti G37 or whatever they are called now.

what do y'all think about the scion XB was thinking about getting one because it looks pretty roomy.
