\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

I was gonna get the tow hook one and just put the plate on when i park for work lol
Lol thats not a bad idea either. I ran into a guy with an SRT 392 Charger few weeks back & his set-up is VHB tape from 3M...not gonna lie, it works. He drives around with no front plate but if he parks it on the street than he just sticks it on & walks away. When I bought my Chally...I got spooked of getting tickets & crap and went ahead and installed the ShowNGo. The car is always garaged & I don't park it on the street period when I take it out, I'm patiently waiting for the bracket to fall off lol. HATE NY for front plate...**** is soo *** ugly

there is a Santana 110 for sale about an hour-hour and a half from me but it's diesel & I either have COPD or Asthma. my hack of a PCP who can't shoot straight would prolly have me driving a car that would exasperate the symptoms of whatever it is

One positive about living in NC..we only have to throw a plate on the back.

my first car was a 94 legend coupe, loved that car.

nice, was is automatic or manual? ppl I knew who could drive a manual liked it a lot. it's prolly a good alternative to a 1st generation NSX if you're looking for a Japanese car from the 1990's.

unfortunately it was an auto, 6 speeds were still hard to find back then (99-00).

GRRRR. I saw one two days ago. DAMN I want one of those so bad. I love those 90's coupes so much.

You are mistaken, drove my Tundra for many 10/12 hour drives with no complaints.
I wish i had pictures of it, it was beautfiul. Black on black, lowered with koni shocks and eibach springs and clean 18" wheels (18's were huge back then ). Was a very simple, clean, beautiful car.

Thing of beauty. If I could find me one in average to decent condition I would pick it up for the right price. I will just take the smoke from my wife after I buy it.

I was about to post how this car looks the best in sum type of white but this thing here is a thing of beauty, reminds me of a pistol. Lexus coupes of the 90's were too rounded off for me, I really didn't start driving until the late 90's and they reminded me too much of a Ford Escort that was out then. The 2 door Camry from the earlier-mid 90's was a good looking car. I don't have kids, I wish there were moar 2 door cars to chose from that weren't sports cars or expensive Germans.

I know this isnt a popular car or anything but this is the car I was brought home from the hospital in and was the first car I remember as a child. If I ever get the space to keep this car somewhere I will get it and restore it.
A 1987 Mercury Cougar with the 5.0 in Light Regatta Blue and Shadow blue interior.
I just wanted to say that lol

I hope you do it & post. prolly a predictable response but the .25 glass on those things is killer. I never liked the 1 they rolled out in the later 90's.

Question for you guys...

This past friday I noticed that my muffer was sounding louder than normal. So i took it in the shop today that ive been going to for the past 10 years for an oil change and to check and see whats going on with the exhaust.
I get a call back that I need a new Y Pipe for my car (2013 Infiniti G37x), they tell me that they need to order the part in and that id have to come back friday to get the work finished. I go back to pick up my car and the invoice says the total for the Y Pipe and labor alone is going to be $665 :wow:

Everything that I am seeing online for a 2013 Infiniti G37x sedan Y Pipe brand new is around $200? Am i missing something else or are they just trying to run me for some money?

Any input is appreciated.

he told me he could have it finished in an hour once the part(s) came. They are only charging me 74.88 for labor.

Hush your mouth talking about about the SC. I love my SC 256k and still running strong.

I can kind of see how it might look a little like an Escort. Funny my wife had an Escort when I first met her and I clowned her for it.
