1) To take a screen shot, there should be a PRT SC button on the top right of your keyboard. It copies what's on your entire screen. Thenpaste it in Microsoft Paint and save. Then host it on Tinypic or something like that.

2) I'll let other people answer that for you. I don't know the answer to it.

Icons are from deviantart.com. Just search for black and white icons. I got each from various artists.
Dock, I also got from deviantart.com.
The itunes thing is called Coversutra.
