If you have Photoshop, you can easily make one yourself. Took me like 10 minutes (including finding the pics to use). It only took that long because the priest painting never had a proper cover with the gold border. Using a release cover would be like 3 minutes.

I know this is off-topic but, can you (or someone) PLEASE crop this into an album cover? I don't have PhotoShop and have been looking for this cover art for a minute.
