I just mean where the white bars are, fill in those area with the blue background. easier said than done of course.you know imma need a more in depth explanation.
I'd move the pic to the right and try and fill in the remaining area to keep the resolution
example
I'm not that good at it but a more skillful attempt it should come out pretty good
