if my phone was jailbroken and i lost the phone do i have to jailbreak the new phone even after i connect it back to itunes?

Go to the theme/bundles/com.apple.MediaPlayer and if the files are 640px, then they are iPhone 4 versions. If not, then you probably have a 3G(s) version.

Im in dire need of some help.
I just got an unlocked/jailbroken iPhone 4, and I cant get my MMS to work. Any time I try to send one it wont go through, and when i try to receive them I get a message saying:
Also some of my Cydia downloads dont go through or work on my Winterboard sometimes (i.e. dim icons) Im thinking I may be missing a source in Cydia or something like that.
I had no trouble or problems when I had my regular iPhone 3G a few months back. But I may be out of the loop a bit on the iPhone since I had a BBerry for a few months, couldnt cope with it and had to make a return to the iPhone game
Any help would be MUCH appreciated though, Ive been trying to figure this out for a couple of days in a row now.

I'm sry I don't feel like read every page but if I down grade from 4.02 to 4.01 will I lose all my pictures that's the only thing keeping me from Doing it right now?

What is the easiest way to upgrade to jailbreak and unlock 3.1.3. Im currently using a 3g running 3.0 on 4.26.08 also jailbreaked and unlocked.

Has anyone heard of the Windows 7 Phone theme for iPhone?
It kind of looks like this, there's even a link to it on Cydia, just search for it. The only problem is that I can't quite get it to work yet...there are other apps required to get it work properly i.e. iconoclasm & infiniboard. I just want to give it a go properly. If anyone has any info as to how to get it work, it'd be much appreciated.

my buddy is on a 3gs 4.0.1 i think somoene tried using jailbreak.me to jb his phone.... anyhow he now has no internet or wifi, and im at a loss for jailbreaking tools that i can use on my pc or fixes i can use...any info?? this is why im still on 3.1.2 on my 3gs
he has no shsh saved from before, so downgrading wont help me, lmk if anyone has any ideas--
