Post Your Motorcycle

100 degree 100 mile ride. :pimp: Any of you guys have a suggestion for a camel back or something or you just roll with a backpack and water bottles?

Look into the klim brand. I have a few of the older models.

Ok, I’ll peep them out. My co worker swears by their gear too.

edit, copped the klim quench. Looks small and not too spendy. Thanks man. :hat

Riding in this heat has been brutal. I can only do 20 min max. Sweaty denim to me is worse than wet socks.
I use to look at people riding without a jacket or in shorts and thought they were crazy. Not gonna lie it has crossed my mind. I've done rides without the jacket on I keep all the other gear(helmet, gloves, boots).

I still rock all the gear but the mesh jacket isn’t too bad. I mean I’m still gross after but I’m ok.

yeah I don’t really look at anybody any type of way if they don’t have on full gear. Even if you have full gear you’re still taking a risk so I’m not gonna act high and mighty.

I just try to stay moving.

Can’t decide between high or low handle bars man, low ones look better aesthetically, high ones are far more comfortable....ugh..

I’d go for the comfortable ones...

I can’t decide between a slip on. Cheap delkavic that will be loud af or yoshi that will be way cooler and sound better but twice as much...

It doesn’t make much power but it’s fun to rip around on and it’s not some high strung race bike with 10 hour oil changes.

i’ll keep it for a long time. I could see adding another bike though that I could take on longer freeway trips. The wind doesn’t bother me but I feel bad for it keeping it pinned to do 75 for miles. :lol

Those are dope man. :hat

you ride it very much yet? We have to get this thread going again.

rode to work today and rode home in a flash flood. :lol

my wife got her license today, I was supposed to take the msf too but I had to re schedule due to some work problems.

Thank Bro, haven’t ridden much at all, I’m still a new rider so taking my time with it and I’m surprised this thread isn’t moving as much as I thought it would, guess not many riders on NT

millennials don’t like motorcycles that much I hear.

I did meet a dude my age with an ftr though, he sort of made it into a sport tourer and threw a few bags on it but can also rip a wheelie down the block and it’s straight piped. :lol

Doooo it. I convinced mplsdunk mplsdunk to grab that KLX. Supermotos are too much fun in the city streets, kinda rough on freeway. PM me if you have any questions! I’m more than happy to help

Hell yeah they are fun in the city.

the only reason I’d get another bike is for the freeway. Maybe a hypermotard/adv/cruiser. I’d have to test ride a few to make the call.
