Or you could have probably dampened the 4 back panels and used a blowdryer on it.

It's so much easier to stretch a hat than it is to shrink it though.

Is it any logo or saying or phrase? Are they big on copyright issues? If they can capture the side patch craze with on the spot World Series patch or ASG patches, that’s game changing.

Looking at what lids is now, they seem to do autograph embroidered side patches of current players. That’s a big appeal. That may be their biggest appeal.

You'll probably catch a staff member who doesn't know or doesn't care, throwing World Series patches on hats that teams never played in.
