How do you guys break your hats in? I have some that fit but need to be shaped to my head.

With how quality has taken a swan dive since hats are no longer made in the USA, I have found that certain methods tend to get the hat to fit just right. These videos have been clutch.

I forgot I had a steamer. Hit the caps with a steamer and put the caps all the way on my head and there it is. Thanks for the suggestions fellas.

I had put the initial order in using the smaller logo. A week later I received an email from my rep about how since I used a Cooperstown front logo (it was the only flat logo with an outline), that I had to use the bigger MLB logo which was is the Cooperstown batterman.
I was going for this look.

I hate these new standard 5950 shape and size. I tried getting into it, but the sizing is just not it for me. I miss the 2000-2012 sizing. Crown was much lower.

Nah.. I have hats from the early 2000’s. Some came from chicke (before changing to docks sporting goods), mickeys place, lids and hat club. All are Size 7 1/4. And believe it or not, I wear a size 7 in the current new era caps. 7 1/4 is way too big on me now. I’ve bought new hats from the same shops as well. I’m not sure when the change happen
