EDIT- My other forearm..its a rendition of the "Uptown Saturday Night" painting(famously known as the painting in the opening credits of Good Times)turned into a New Orleans second line..

I got 2 more(a fleur de lis on my wrist, a snake on my upper right arm) but no pics..

Over a period of 5 years.
