While my Mac noodles are boiling
I melt butter In a pan
Throw in a few tablespoons of flour
Let it bubble
Add milk let it stay in the stove for a out 5-10 minutes
Then wisk like 2-3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese I to the heated milk/flour/butter mixture
Let that cheese melt and u got the best cheese sauce in life
After I drain my noodles I put in 2/3 cup of a Romano/Parmesan/provolone cheese blend
The cheese will melt with the hot noodles just keep stirring
Then I add the cheese sauce stir all together and put in the oven covered
I don't do that bread crumbs bs

Mines different.

I boil the noodles obviously

After I drain them, I throw in the butter and toss the noodles in them

I whisk eggs, salt & pepper, and a lil hot sauce or cayenne

I toss that mixture in with the noodles, along with my cheeses. I prefer mozzarella & chedda. (You got ta use chedda...my momma told me that)

Mix until thick, and there it is. 

That's just my basic recipe. I often toss some other stuff in there.

I don't even watch PTI and ATH anymore and I use to always catch it. Wilbon has become unbearable. How I wish he'd be more absent from the show the way Tony is. ATH got lame when they kept adding these lame duck reporters.
