Rewatching the first couple episodes and Zeke definitely got progressively worse as an actor as the episodes went on. Also Method Mans acting wasn’t talked enough, ***** was trash.

I lied, after episode 2 Zeke transformed to a full blown idiot.

Jabari was really smashing a college student himself and started simping for zero reason at all.

Lil Guap got his face punched in by Cane, then got his face punched in by Dru, got his crew turned into packs and then went to be Cane’s *****

Idk how I missed that Stern was gay and the dude Tariq was using to create Course Correct was his husband.

Weren’t Tariq, Brayden, and Effie all in the same grade at Chote? All 3 of them just skipped their last year of HS.

Tariq or Brayden going to have to kill Trace cause of that Cane/Ramirez ****.

Bro - this show has so many damn random throwaway storylines that I feel like you and risveryown were talking about a different show I do have a few thoughts...

1. The storyline with Stern’s boytoy was so damn useless. How the hell did this 17 year old finesse an esteemed tech business man into making him a complex, fully-functioning app in under 24 hours?

2. What college student was Jabari smashing? It was a random, right?

3. Lil Guap and his crew Why are all the gangs in Power Book II so weak? Stayed getting hemmed up with ease

4. Excellent point that it’s clear why Tariq skipped a grade but why and how in the hell did Brayden and Effie skip a grade too? Like that legit makes no sense

5. I forgot the cop got killed by Cane’s reckless ***. Just straight ******* him his mom getting mambs AND the inside man at the same damn time

I couldn't get over him not changing his line up for his beard and cut for the role. It made it not believable from the beginning, because it showed how much they cared about him being believable. Just like Turtle. I'm convinced if you go on Power you look like a bad actor and like you've never acted before.
