I had to get some tickets...and always find hope in it after that one NTer hit for 250k.

So...I copped 5 quick picks all on the same ticket and 1 ticket with my own numbers.

I played it Saturday... i almost always buy one single, regular ticket on days when it gets over about 150 million.


The odds of hitting it, last i checked, were something like 1 in 195 million... so for a dollar play, anytime it's over 195 million, you're gettinggood odds on your money.

still a longshot, but it's a "GOOD" bet at that point.

Putting more than 1 dollar in however, significantly increases your stake while not moving your chances of winning even slightly... we're talking a smallenough fraction of improvement that it's just not worth it.

Buy 1 ticket.. that's it.
