Like I said yesterday, I tried it. I got a small stool and placed my feet on it. Like the video said, tip to tip. And he was right.

I was on it in 08 but i got tire of lifting my feet up onto my extra trashcan, so i went back to the american way. every now and then i revert back to the method.
