I hope Steiner (probably too similiar to Onion Knight) or Vivi make it into the next installment. Kumari from X would be dope too.
Been begging for Vivi for about 6 months. The need to make it happen. At least Laguna>Vaan.

Oh well.

Yeah, they've bounced the date around like a ping-pong ball.

Sony’s just confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 will release both in PAL territories and the US on November 24.

The news will delight fans, who’ve been forced to endure several very public slips to the hugely anticipated racer.

The full list of cars in the game has also been released. Hit the image below to download it as an Excel spreadsheet.

Earlier, game creator and Polyphony Digital boss Kazunori Yamauchi teased the announcement, tweeting that the release date reveal was imminent.
This Week on the PSN (11.16.10)

Crazy Taxi and Prince of Persia: SoT HD are out... and Shatter is free!

November 16, 2010
Every Tuesday, Sony drops a bunch of new stuff onto the PlayStation Network. Those with a PlayStation 3 or PSP can download this new goodness, which ranges from PSN games to movies, themes and more. While the Official PlayStation Blogoutlines these updates in full each week, we thought we'd help truncate the good news into something more digestible.

This week's update is a big one. It's good for standard users and PlayStation Plus subscribers alike, so let's start getting through all of this content. For starters, there are four new games available on the PlayStation Network. The Dreamcast favorite Crazy Taxi has finally come to PlayStation Network and can be downloaded for $9.99 ($7.99 if you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber). Additionally, gamers can download 3D Ultra Mini Golf Adventures 2 and Sky Fighter for $9.99 each.

But hold onto your hats, because there's even bigger news afoot. We mentioned that there were four new games on the PSN this week, and yet, we've only mentioned three. What's the fourth game? Why, it's none other than Prince of Persia: Sands of Time HD. It was only yesterday that Ubisoft confirmed that the Prince of Persia HD games were coming out in the United States. But you didn't expect the games to begin trickling out this soon, now did you?! Well, think again; you can download Prince of Persia: Sands of Time HD for $14.99.

Also, the PSone Classic Oddworld: Abe's Odyssey can be acquired for free, as can the PlayStation Mini entitled Dynogems. In addition to the aforementioned discount for Crazy Taxi (bringing the price from $9.99 to $7.99), subscribers can also find significant discounts forLandit BanditHustle Kings, and the PSone Classic Crash Bandicoot 2

Twisted Metal, Socom 4, Killzone 3, Motorstorm Apocalypse, The Last Guardian… Sony’s upcoming exclusive line-up for the PlayStation 3 is truly unbeatable – just read our top 20 exclusive PS3 games of 2011 to see why. But luckily for us gamers, the publisher still has many more unannounced titles up its sleeves, with yet another exclusive set to be announced this December.

Sony has teased that they will be revealing a PlayStation 3 exclusive game on December 12th, the day after Spike TV’s game awards. The game is large enough for Sony to hold its own event for the game on 2PM PST on Sunday, December 12th.

It is unknown whether the game will be from an internal Sony developer, such as Sony Cambridge, or from a third-party developer working with Sony. What do you think the game could be? Is it Sly 4, Uncharted 3, or something entirely new? Let us know in the comments below.

PlayStation 3 owners are about to get yet another option when it comes to online entertainment.

As of November 23, the Vudu pay-per-view movie service will arrive on Sony's gaming console with an updated user interface. (Vudu says the new interface is more friendly for navigating with input devices like mice and thePlayStation Move.) The same "Vudu 2.0" UI will be rolled out on other Vudu-supported devices--including many Internet-connected TVs and Blu-ray players, the D-Link Boxee Box, Windows PCs and Macs--before the end the year. Vudu offers more than 4,000 HD movies for rental and purchase, and the PS3 will offer Vudu's optimal 1080p HD resolution and 5.1 surround sound on supported titles.

For PS3 owners, the announcement constitutes more great news on the home entertainment front. Vudu will join the Netflix, Hulu Plus, MLB.TV, and NHL Gamecenter services on the console, in addition to the native PlayStation Store (which also supports the purchase of movies and TV shows). For Wal-Mart's Vudu service, meanwhile, the new PS3 partnership provides millions of potential new customers in the U.S.

To sweeten the deal, Vudu will be offering new customers a $5.99 credit--effectively giving users a free movie to try out the service.

Turkey day in the USA. Enjoy.
Just a warning, my roomate bought New Vegas and it has waaaaay more glitching/bugginess/freezing than F3 was. I'm waiting for a patch before starting it.

Alright, with nothing of note dropping between now and December 31st (Dead Nation possibly), lets do up a list of best games?
These are mine, feel free to copy the format. This is just my opinion. I havent played a couple notables (GOW III, RDR, Heavy Rain, AC:B)

Sports Game - NBA 2K11: First @K NBA game I played. Attention to detail was insane. Love reliving Jordan's best games.

Honorable Mention - NHL 11, Fifa 11

PSN Game - Joe Danger: Games the closest thing I can get to Excite Bike
laugh.gif

Honorable Mention - Deathspank

RPG - Record of Agarest War: Super classic SRPG. Funny storyline

Honorable Mention: Star Ocean: The Last Hope International, Fallout: New Vegas, 3D Dot Game Heroes

Open Environment Game - Mafia II: Storyline MADE this game.

Honorable Mention: None (haven't played RDR yet)

Action Game - Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions: 2nd best comic book game after Arkum Asylum.

Honorable Mention - Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce

Platformer - Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands: Much better game than the one from 2008, alot more platforming.

Honorable Mention - None

Biggest Disappointment - Final Fantasy XIII: It was a good game. No where near as good as it should have/could have been.

Honorable Mention - Resonance of Fate, Nier, Medal of Honor

Best Re-issue - Medal of Honor: Frontline: Man, this game is as hard as it used to be.
laugh.gif
 Trophies and new control scheme
pimp.gif

Honorable Mention - Final Fantasy IX

FPS - None: They all disappointed

Game of the Year - Hard decision, but going off of what I spent the most time playing, my GOTY is Star Ocean.

Feel free to add your own categories. I probably forgot some great games...
