Yeah that's another thing too, you never know what someone else is going through.

I agree with you and the previous comment...

But I feel once you enter the building all personal troubles should be left outside the building.

On sunday nights we have two employees. Him with another young guy. This young guy has been solo the ENTIRE shift while the manager is home. Hell text the analyst that hes on his way, but towards the end of the shift hell never show up. Who knows, maybe he still enters his hours and still gets paid cause his "boy" may have approved em.


The young guy has to do all the work. How is this fair? Despit having "problems in life"
