Bolivians seem so obscure. My friend is too.

I think this is why as well. That's not to say I know the actual amount of Bolivians that resides in South Florida but its not common that I meet someonewho is Bolivian.

Met a Bolivian in my gym class back in HS.
Told me his family didn't eat tortillas, had me like
