My man. Enjoy your birthday champ. Thanks for the Birthday shout out
Just wanted to say I think it's great that the Raiders and even a good portion of the Raiders fanbase want to play in Levi Stadium. It's gives the Raiders and more importantly their fansbase a chance to play in an updated football stadium that has the bare minimums such as working bathrooms and sinks. It gives their fanbase a chance to step out of the bottom slums of the Coliseum and into the penthouse suite, better known as Levi stadium. I for one welcome the opportunity for the Raiders, and more importantly their fansbase to get a well deserved upgrade and a better view of life.
Also, I wanted to take this time and say happy birthday to @JumpmanFromDaBay
, I didn't forget about ya champ. Today is his special day, a time for myself and everyone here on the boards to acknowledge him for what it's worth. For those that don't know, he is fortunate enough to have a job with the 49ers organization, which means he works for us. With him now in our grasp, he now has a chance to be apart of the winning team so to speak, and see the finer things in life. Our goal is to by the end of the year have him be a full fledged Team 49ers affiliate and denounce the Oakland Raiders permanently. Some say it can't be done, but Team 49ers, we have a way to make the impossible happen. Happy Birthday @JumpmanFromDaBay
, told you I didn't forget about ya champ .
I'm not the only Raider fan working at Levi's Stadium
I'm not the only Raider fan working at Levi's Stadium
I went to the tour on Friday and brought my buddy who wore a McFadden jersey and I swear half the employees gave him props.
Yea they asked who's a raider fan in the orientation and nearly half the people stood up
Place is amazing
Report: Mark Davis in talks with San Antonio to relocate Raiders
July 29, 2014, 2:45 pm
Raiders owner Mark Davis and two team representatives met with San Antonio officials on July 18 regarding the prospect of moving the Oakland team to Texas, according to a report from the San Antonio Express-News.
The San Antonio reps reportedly included former mayor Henry Cisneros, then-mayor Julián Castro, city manager Sheryl Sculley, San Antonio Economic Development Foundation's Mario Hernandez and San Antonio Chamber of Commerce president Richard Perez and chairman David McGee.
From the report:
If the Raiders moved here, Davis is expected to seek a new stadium within a few years, after the team had proved itself in the Alamo City.
Davis told San Antonio civic and business leaders he isn't seeking a “Jerry Jones-type facility” and prefers “a small, intimate” stadium that he can place “a statue of his father in front of,” a source said.
