I think they pour water

basically washing your *** the same as you would in the shower, but using a small bucket (tabo) in place of a shower head. in poorer parts of the Philippines, where you have to use the bathroom outside, they would use a tabo to clean themselves. imagine using one of those detachable shower heads to wash your behind, but instead you're pouring water from a tabo.
