If this is true, I dont see how this angle helps him optics wise in regards to the “battle”, especially if it comes out that the streams were 100% legit.

And in the event it does come out that the numbers are juiced, I feel that:

1.) the general public isnt going to care

&

2.) it could be opening a can of worms to revealing a lot of artist’s success has been inflated, Drizzy included.

I guess I just dont see what he expects to get out of this that would be in his favor.

All in all I feel this move alone just really put the nail in the coffin on him ever being taken seriously again musically. He just put himself in the outskirts.

He's worth hundreds of millions of dollars. If he's willing to throw away what's left of his reputation in order to try to make more money, I don't think that's the justification you think it is.
