Rap About Nothing: Hip Hop Chat Thread

This 'silent protest' just bridged interest for tomorrows show in hopes it's "addressed"

I remember having convos on here about rappers being hot, and so many people using internet meme's/ twitter talk as one form of bar... Welp guess what the labels are cooking the books on those too :::::

wow

not surprising honestly smh they gonna do whatever they can to control ****

its really no excuse to be broke now

people been making this type of content for free for years now

especially some of you nt photoshop comedians yall b making some goofy ****

That's a great idea that needs to be implemented immediately into today's youth. Just needs a strong enough vehicle to make it 'cool'.

Changing the reason to be prideful in their neighborhood from the level of violence to a clean lawn and trashless streets is a hellova feat. Will take time and effort.

Took a chance and watched yesterday's "episode" and Joe.....Joe starring in his own pity party for whatever happened was annoying. Almost as bad as Ak trying to explain the difficulty of signing women and not sleeping with them

So joe just showed up on his monthly?
He was on twitter yesterday talking bout integrity and **** but deleted the tweets and said he'd address it in the show.

Every time him or AK talk about addressing stuff in the show it never make it to air and judging by the comments they ain't squash whatever beef they got prior to the show , so he just hit em with the silent treatment?

Seemed like he had some sort of beef with complex. Not ak. If he had an issue with Ak or Nebraska, he'd try to make them look dumb or break them down. This was more of a protest.

yea i can't lie i was caught by surprise on making meme's being a way to make bread... literally can be done off your phone while at work

ehh, Vic may or may not be about it either, he's had ample time and chances to pull up on Ak, even on the episode

"Let me wait until I get in front of more cameras on another web show to talk greasy"

So ak can talk **** when dude ain't even there but Vic was wrong for addressing him face to face.

Ak didn't have an issue until Vic went on the show and waited to be asked what he thought about Ak's exploitation of Chi-raq

Vic had an issue with Ak coming into the show and still did the episode, that was a month or so ago...and next time you see him pop up on camera, he's talking about how he wants to run the fade with Ak

Yeah and Ak said nothing slick when Vic was up there talking to him. He was sitting there like "Hey I'm just reporting" looking awkward.

Clearly some of ya'll think very different about addressing ****.

Vic is the one all worked up in this situation, talking about how much he wants to run the fade with Ak, Ak, like he said, was "doing his job" eventhough that may seem like a cop out, he's not the aggresor here talking about throwing hands, that's been all Vic. It looks bad on Vic cause he still ain't did **** for as bad as he says he wants to. Picking and choosing when to "keep the same energy", which in Vic's case, is in front of the cameras

Ak was real cool about Vic's initial criticism. But Vic was on TV yesterday bringing it up again saying "**** Wackademiks" so I'm not surprised Ak went at him today.

 Meek still on that same ****, same way he initiated the Wale beef and the Drake beef, son really focuses on what people don't do for him vs. his fans that ARE tweeting/promoting the album
