Rap About Nothing: Hip Hop Chat Thread

Actually interested in seeing the numbers they do. Shorties seemed to have popped out of no where. Madd joints I was around just knew the words to their songs. Was scratching my head earlier this summer like who are these broads.

One chick told me women get tired of listening to all the trad/drug dealin/murder/f b’s hard **** their dudes listen to, so I can see how these chicks appeal to that group of females.

Can’t be mad at QC. :smokin

I called city girls being a thing the day the F that ***** video dropped.

Whoever Kollison is or whatever....ain’t it .

They got a Lil something going with City Girlz though. That old Trina/Khia-esque hood sound. Ratchet joints gon Love this. There’s a wide open lane now.

Watching this video kinda makes we want a slick talking ratchet bish :smh: . Trina in Nan....GOAT. She was talking that ****

They going do good numbers for what they are.

He didn't come up with it , its literally the old Dallas sound from that jigging/dougie era 8-10 years ago, same exact adlibs and all lol. For a sound reference look up some old Kbzo/Thug Boss Nation/Yung Nation.

This is crazy tho I'm glad you posted it because I don't think I ever really saw a comeback for this sound lol

ATL and Dallas have had some of the most interesting movements man. You would have some of the grimiest _'s in the club dancing around for hours, same _'s would go outside and shoot the parking lot up afterwards

Early early Rae Sremmurd was loosely inspired by Yung Nation but they never really caught themselves. I'm actually really interested in seeing how far this sound can go 10 yrs later with more "mainstream" appealing beats

Edit: @D StaXX I know you a D town _, have you peeped this dude?
