The OGs need to be accountable too, though. These new “musicians” were raised up by these 30, 40, and 50 year olds. And, these older folks are out here attention whoring just as much as the youth.
They’re part of the problem too. Most these kids were put on medications, as kids, accused of being unruly or autistic, or ADHD or ADD, etc. old heads just don’t want to admit their responsibility in this crux

Would a 18 or 22 year old listen to someone 40? They would have the same reaction as people in this thread. Would they even talk to them about business?
This is different than Jay bringing up Bleek or Dre bringing in Kendrick.
It's also not a coincidence that rapper run labels have dwindled. How many rappers are able to put new talent on now? A lot of them have artist and you never see them with the artist.
