If somebody accuse me of rape, and I know I ain’t do it, I’m not pleading to a lesser charge.

That’s the thing. He technically was guilty of the lesser crime.

From what I remember reading, he was initially charged with rape. That charge got dropped because the evidence was inconsistent with him raping her. But I also remember reading that there was a few days in between the police taking dna samples. So that’s open to an individual’s interpretation.

BUT. He plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Which he absolutely did because he was aware that she was underaged, and still had her at a party in which he provided the alcohol for.

The whole situation is just nasty, b. Regardless of whether he did it or not, that should be a lesson we make sure we impart on the young cats out here. Don’t put yourself in those sorts of situations where anything like this could even be remotely attached to your name.

Kelly is nasty regardless for what he’s done, but I’m not fully letting the parents off the hook for their involvement, I think it’d be naive to think the parents had zero to do with anything

It's been some funny stuff coming out on these women. Got his wife recently bumping his music having a good ol time. One of the "victims" daughter saying her mother is lying.

There wasn't DNA evidence, but that doesn't mean he didn't do anything. DNA testing is also better now.

Ctg got found not guilty in a court, but the evidence suggests he didn’t do it. Yet the victim’s allegations are pretty damning.

Pretty much. It ain’t perfect at all. On the converse...2pac got found guilty in the court of law...the evidence is murky. But the Ayanna Jackson testimony was pretty compelling in some areas while also pretty disjointed.

That’s a strong tag to throw on somebody. A rapist or a snitch. Two things I’d never want on my name.
