I know hemp seeds are very high in healthy fats and protein.

I add them to green smoothies for both.

I always wonder why getting someone to run a gas station or restaurant ain't the first play ****** make when they get their first check. You can just coast and at least have a good basic income stream going or it would seem and not have to do crazy things for money to keep a lifestyle.
