Also that’s what happens when u put out trash music too. He got 5.7 million off of his ig antics moreso than his music. People wanna laugh, 50 got like 22 mill I guarantee he can’t break 80k first week.

Boosie not selling at all is more indicative of the music business's flawed emphasis on Follower count as a metric for selling records.
Ariana Grande has over 120 MILLION followers and doesn't break 300K first week.
From the biggest artists to the smallest artists, follower count is a terrible way to assess someone's selling potential.

There are independent acts making 6 and 7 figures because of Streaming. I genuinely think it's helped. Nip actually alluded to it in a pod with rap radar. Russ has as well. People are making money out here.
