2 big songs in 6 months is impressive as hell lol. Idk how easy you think making hits are.
He should be in a good space to create post prison. Ain’t like he coming home to zero fan fare, or a completely different landscape. He’s coming home to people that look up to him, his name in great standing, and people who want to collaborate with him and labels trying to build off the post prison hype. Who knows if the music will be good.
But he most def coming home to a decent situation and environment to thrive.

The point is that the music was taking off before he went to jail. Hot ***** was the song of the summer in 2014, but the reality of it is that the guy didn’t have an extensive body of work prior to going in. So it’s a reach to count him out before he’s had a chance to show what he was capable of.
Comparing him to Grimey’s girl is a farce. She’s actually had freedom to make/release music. Bobby had a hit and then went away.
