I know what folks say about the folks who decide to appear on his platform but I really don't like that guy...even though his platform leads artists to larger exposure.
After what he said about Minister Farrakhan, and the fact he refused to apologize, then had the nerve to suggest that the Minister appear on his platform?

He’s a goof. You can tell by the way he talks in his interviews. Dude is obsessed with being down but it comes off as corny and forced.

Agreed.
Much better platforms haven't enjoyed his level of success at all.
Glad to see B High and Nore etc. but this guy seems to have all the connections.
There's a reason these artists / athletes / actors etc. still appear of his platform.
Content creation is the wave...the traditional outlets are dying out.
Unfortunately these content creators have the power to create narratives about the culture through their own self serving lens.
Just like the traditional outlets did in the 90's with all that East Coast vs West Coast BS that was faker than the Iraq War...
But the bodies were as real as their profits.
A part of out culture has always been to speak about the realities we face / how we live...

Vlad misquoted Farrakhan saying that Farrakhan said Jews should be stoned. He got checked on it and took down what was posted. He feels he shouldn’t have to apologize and that’s where people got upset. Vlad said he would only apologize in person. Pretty much he wants to interview Farrakhan on his platform.

Yup, and due to that his regulars (Jamar, Godfrey) are boycotting the show now. I think even NORE said on Drink Champs for nobody to go on there and for him to pull down any content with NORE in it that's on his page.
NOI ain't the group to be playing with like Vlad is.
