Supporting a specific cause or raising concern about a specific problem in the black community doesn't or shouldn't equate proclaiming yourself a black leader or activist. It's very rare i hear any of these celebrities try to proclaim themselves as such either.

David Banner was recently on the 85 south show & spoke on how people these days expect the entertainers to do more for the communities then the politicians these days & it's true to an extent.

Look at how folks was fake mad at Ice Cube. He got with a group of black people that have been talking about specifics and tangible things for black people for years but they didn't have the platform. Cube did and he simply tried to present it to both parties. Something no black politician has done.
