Glad they talked about auto tune. I don't get the auto tune. I guess it adds melody, because a lot of these dudes are really just talking and don't even rhyme, but it takes away from the natural feeling and emotions emitted from your voice. Plus the ****** shows that dudes produce or having to lip sync or rap with the audio.

Because it's adding melody often when there is none. So it allows to rap off beat or not even try to rhyme. That's why everyone started doing it. It lowered the bar even further in what it takes to be a rapper.

Pretty much. I did like him mentioning Morray though. He actually has real singing ability (same with Mo3) without autotune, and should be doing real R&B instead of whiny squealing music. That’s the difference between them and dudes like Keed, Thug, Gotit and several others. The latter either can’t sing, are subpar at rapping, or both, and autotune/voice distortion masks that.
